Forever Nuts tea by David's Tea in blue cup and saucer with deserts on an outside table

I am Nuts for Forever Nuts by David’s Tea

Well it’s been a crazy week-but isn’t everything crazy right now? Luckily there is still solace in cups of tea. I went to my pantry again looking through my tea collection. I came across Forever Nuts by David’s Tea. I had that loose tea in a sampler set and I thought what is a more appropriate tea for now.

David’s Tea Fan

I have been a David’s Tea fan from almost the beginning of my tea adventure after I discovered one of their stores in Chicago and bought Buddha’s Blend, which is still a huge favorite of mine. Then I went on to buy David’s Tea top 12 sampler set to see what others I would like to try and prompted me to buy quite a few.

Sampler Sets

One of my favorite things are tea sampler sets or individual samples. There is less buyer’s remorse and many options to choose from. It helps me choose the teas I really want.

David’s tea Forever Nuts

It is a fruit infusion that is caffeine free.

It is described as a nutty jumble of almonds, apples and cinnamon and steeps bright pink. How fun! A clear tea pot should be used for this-but as it’s a David’s tea I opted for their very own handy device The Steeper.

Ingredients

  • Apple
  • Almond
  • Cinnamon
  • Beetroot
  • Artificial Flavoring

Perfect spoon measurement.

The directions for this tea had the use of a perfect spoon. A perfect spoon is an actual spoon sold by David’s Tea. I love mine. If you do not have a perfect spoon the tea amount is I tbsp. The photo I’m using is Stormy Night tea.

Directions

If you had a larger amount of this tea then the recommended amount is 1-2 perfect spoons.

Steep for 5 minutes.

Thoughts

Forever Nuts smells amazing as soon as you open the tin. I let it steep about 1-2 minutes longer in The Steeper and did stir the tea to get a more vibrant  color. My top notch reviewers, my husband, hot tea drinking daughter and myself loved this tea. The color and the flavor. I will definitely make a larger tea purchase of this tea.

Outside

As it was a beautiful day in Central Texas I opted to make it a special occasion and have my tea outside in a cute teacup accompanied by a homemade mini apple pie and Sticky Fingers Scone (a huge hit in our house) that my daughters made for me. Time to just take a moment, calm my mind and breathe. I think I may be forever nuts for Forever Nuts by David’s Tea.

Have you ever tried any new teas from any teas you already have?

I for one think we all need to take more time to have a moment, calm our minds and breathe. Thanks as always for sharing. A bit of normality in these crazy times is very much appreciated
